By using forgeandcarry.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who can use the Site

You must be 18+ to make a purchase, or have a parent/guardian's permission. If using a credit card, you must be the cardholder or have explicit permission to use it.

Product information

We describe and photograph every product accurately. Patina, leather darkening, and natural variation in brass color are part of how our products age — they are not defects. Colors on screen can vary slightly depending on your monitor. If a product arrives that genuinely doesn't match the listing, we refund or replace (see Refund Policy).

Pricing & availability

Prices in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing, run promotions, or discontinue products at any time. Obvious pricing errors (e.g., a $9 product listed at $0.09) may result in order cancellation with full refund — we always notify first.

Orders

Placing an order generates a confirmation email. That confirmation does not guarantee the order — we may cancel for stock, payment, or fraud reasons. If we cancel, we refund immediately.

Intellectual property

All photos, copy, designs, and branding belong to Forge & Carry. Please don't copy our product photography or product descriptions for commercial use. UGC re-shares with tags are welcome — that's how we find great content.

User conduct

Don't do anything illegal on the Site. Don't try to break it. Don't impersonate anyone. Don't scrape it for resale data.

Limitation of liability

We ship pocket EDC pieces. We don't claim our gear is climbing-rated, safety equipment, or load-bearing for anything beyond stated specs (5kg for the carabiner, etc.). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a new effective date.
