Exchange Policy

Effective: May 15, 2026

We don't do traditional swaps — we do refunds + reorders. It's faster.

How it works

1. Email hello@forgeandcarry.com saying you want to exchange.
2. We refund your original order (after we receive the return — see Refund Policy).
3. You place a new order for the item you actually want.

Why this way

A traditional exchange means receiving your return, shipping a different item, processing — total 2-3 weeks. With our system, you get the new piece in 4-7 days and the refund lands while you wait.

Conditions

• 30-day window from delivery date
• Item must be unworn and unmarked
• Sets must be returned complete
