Refund Policy

Effective: May 15, 2026

We want your carry to feel right. If it doesn't, we'll fix it.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return for any reason. The item must be unworn and unmarked.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@forgeandcarry.com with your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
  2. We send a return label (free for US orders over $24.90; smaller orders, you cover return shipping).
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive it (3-5 business days), we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives broken or wrong, email us within 7 days with a photo. We send a replacement or refund — your call — and you do not need to send the broken one back.

Non-returnable

  • Items that have been carried, used, or engraved
  • Sets with components separated or missing
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

What is NOT a defect

  • Brass patina darkening — that's the design intent
  • Leather darkening and softening — that's the design intent
  • Steel showing matte texture from carry — that's the design intent

Refund timing

Refunds appear on your card within 5-10 business days after we process. If you don't see it after 10 days, email us and we dig into it.
