Shipping Policy

Effective: May 15, 2026

Processing time

Orders placed by 2pm ET ship the same business day. After 2pm ship the next business day. No weekend or US federal holiday shipping.

Shipping methods & times (US)

• Standard shipping: 4-7 business days. Free on orders $24.90+, otherwise $4.90 flat rate.
• Express shipping: 2-3 business days, calculated at checkout.

International shipping

• 8-14 business days depending on destination
• Rates calculated at checkout based on weight
• Buyer responsible for any customs duties or import fees imposed by destination country

Tracking

You get a tracking link via email the moment your order ships. If missing, check spam first, then email us.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us. We escalate with the carrier or ship a replacement at our cost.

Wrong address

If you entered a wrong address and the package hasn't shipped, email us ASAP — we'll fix it. If already shipped, we'll do our best but can't always intercept.
